An independent and progressive veterinary practice in North Wales is looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join their team. With exciting refurbishments underway, this is a fantastic opportunity to work in a modern, well-equipped environment alongside a dedicated team passionate about delivering exceptional patient and client care.
Role Overview:
Hours: Full-time (40-hour week).
Salary: £45,000–£75,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
Rota: Saturday rota negotiable. Flexible hours to suit individual preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional veterinary care for a varied caseload, including consultations, surgery, and diagnostics.
- Build strong relationships with clients through clear communication and a caring approach.
- Contribute to the development of the practice by sharing ideas and participating in team discussions.
- Work collaboratively with the veterinary and nursing teams to ensure the highest clinical standards.
- Engage in CPD opportunities to enhance skills and stay up-to-date with the latest veterinary practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified Veterinary Surgeon with 2+ years of post-qualification experience.
- A team player with excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
- Someone who thrives in a busy environment and is committed to clinical excellence.
- Interest in developing a specific area of veterinary care is encouraged but not required.
