About You:

We are looking for an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse (RCVS) with a valid driving licence. Above all, we are seeking someone who embodies our core values of humility, respect, empathy, work ethic, honesty, communication, and teamwork.

Rota:
  • 4-day work week, 10-hour shifts (7:30 am–6:30 pm, 8:00 am–7:00 pm, 8:30 am–7:30 pm), totalling 40 hours, with 1-hour lunch breaks
  • Equal rota for daytime inpatient care and help with weekend and bank holiday emergencies
  • 2 days off in lieu for any weekends worked
  • No out-of-hours work, except as a “last resort” backup to the dedicated emergency team (rarely required)
Salary and Location:
  • £26,000 to £33,000 per annum
  • Additional travel allowance
  • Primarily based at the Worthing branch, with occasional travel to surrounding sites as needed
