- 4-day work week, 10-hour shifts (7:30 am–6:30 pm, 8:00 am–7:00 pm, 8:30 am–7:30 pm), totalling 40 hours, with 1-hour lunch breaks
- Equal rota for daytime inpatient care and help with weekend and bank holiday emergencies
- 2 days off in lieu for any weekends worked
- No out-of-hours work, except as a “last resort” backup to the dedicated emergency team (rarely required)
- £26,000 to £33,000 per annum
- Additional travel allowance
- Primarily based at the Worthing branch, with occasional travel to surrounding sites as needed
