Position: Full-Time, Permanent

Role Overview

As a Theatre Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced surgical environment.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Preparing and managing the operating theatre for a variety of surgical procedures.
  • Supporting the surgical team and maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and care throughout the perioperative process.
  • Delivering quality care across diverse services, adapting to the evolving needs of the theatre.
  • Making autonomous, informed decisions with the backing of a collaborative team to improve patient outcomes.
Candidate Requirements

We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
  • Registration: Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration.
  • Experience: While 12 months of theatre experience is preferred, applicants with enthusiasm for learning and development are welcome.
  • Skills: Commitment to high-quality patient care and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
