Job Description:

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team in London. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients while adhering to the latest clinical guidelines and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care programs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Provide patient and family education and support
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols
- Participate in continuous professional development activities
- Assist in the development and implementation of nursing care policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid NMC PIN
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience (preferred)
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
