Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
- Monitor and assess residents' health conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of care provided.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Support residents with daily activities and personal care needs.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to ensure a high standard of care.
- Uphold the values and ethos of our family-run nursing home.

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid NMC PIN.
- Previous experience in a nursing home or similar care setting is preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing the best care possible.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including days or nights, as required.
