Job Title: Permanent Staff Nurse (Days + Nights)

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Permanent Staff Nurse to join our team in Boston, Lincolnshire. The ideal candidate will be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a minimum of 1 year of nursing home experience. This role involves both day and night shifts, providing high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Coordinate with healthcare teams to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
- Assist with daily living activities and personal care for residents.
- Ensure the care home maintains a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Comply with all healthcare regulations and standards.

Requirements:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing home experience.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
