Role Highlights:
- Comprehensive Nursing Experience:
The hospital's single-site facility provides nurses the chance to work across all departments on a rotational basis, enhancing skills in inpatient care, emergency and critical care, and nurse-led clinics such as weight management, laser therapy, and adolescent health checks. - Supportive Environment:
Nurses routinely assist in laparoscopic surgeries, dental procedures (including scaling, polishing, and suturing), and case continuity due to the in-house handling of complex cases by a team of certificate holders and advanced practitioners. - Schedule and Time Off:
- A nine-week rolling rota includes a week of night shifts, followed by 8 consecutive days off, adding an extra 5.7 weeks of leave per year.
- Weekend day shifts occur once every nine weeks and are rewarded with 4 days off.
- Regular shifts are 8-10 hours between 7 am and 7 pm, based on a 40-hour week.
- Salary: £25,500 - £31,000 per year (DOE)
- 5.6 weeks holiday (inclusive of bank holidays)
- CPD allowance of £750 + VAT annually, with in-house CPD sessions
- Paid RCVS fees and enhanced company sick pay
