Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert nursing care during pre-operative, peri-operative, and post-operative phases.
- Assist in a variety of surgical specialities, ensuring adherence to high clinical standards.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anaesthetists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless theatre operations.
- Maintain a safe and sterile environment, following infection control protocols.
- Support and mentor junior team members when required.
- Qualifications: NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience: Previous experience in a Theatre setting, with knowledge across mixed specialities.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities.
- Commitment: A proactive and adaptable approach to working in a fast-paced environment.
- Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
