Theatre Practitioner - Role Overview:
As a Theatre Practitioner, you will be an integral part of their surgical team, providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting in the preparation and management of the operating theatre for a variety of surgical procedures.
  • Supporting the surgical team and ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and care throughout the perioperative process.
  • Participating in the delivery of quality care across a range of services, adapting to the dynamic demands of the theatre.
  • Making informed decisions with the autonomy and support needed to enhance patient outcomes.
Theatre Practitioner  - Candidate Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
  • Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration.
  • While 12 months of experience in a theatre setting is desirable, we welcome applicants with a passion for learning and development.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
