What we’re looking for:
- Registered Nurse (Level 1) or Registered Practitioner with a relevant degree and professional development
- Proven leadership skills, motivating and inspiring clinical teams
- Expertise in clinical pathways, service redesign, and system reform
- Solid commercial acumen and experience across multiple clinical specialties
- Provide clinical direction and leadership to nursing, allied health professionals, and medical staff.
- Ensure the highest standards of clinical care, focusing on patient safety, continuous improvement, and an exceptional patient experience.
- Drive performance across the hospital, balancing clinical excellence with operational efficiency.
