Role Overview:
- Lead psychiatric care for adults within an acute inpatient setting, ensuring the highest standards of care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and treat complex mental health conditions.
- Provide guidance and clinical leadership to junior psychiatrists and nursing staff.
- Develop and implement individual treatment plans and contribute to service development.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical processes and procedures.
- Qualifications: GMC Registered Consultant Psychiatrist with a focus on adult psychiatry.
- Experience: Significant experience in acute psychiatric inpatient care, with leadership and management exposure.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
