Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team in Hampshire. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care to individuals with complex mental health needs. This role requires a professional who is capable of working in a dynamic and challenging environment, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Delivering high standards of nursing care to patients with complex mental health conditions.
- Assessing, planning, and evaluating individual care needs.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress and responses to treatments.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Providing support and education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and mental health management.
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Participating in continuous professional development and training.

Requirements:

- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification.
- Valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration.
- Experience in mental health nursing, preferably with complex needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach.
- Flexibility to work day or night shifts as required.
