Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care (Elderly & Dementia Care)
Salary: £50,000 DOE per annum

About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and driven Registered Manager to lead our domiciliary care service based in Epping, specialising in elderly care and dementia support. This is a pivotal role, ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care within the local community while maintaining regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
As a CQC Registered Manager, you will oversee the daily running of the service, manage care teams, liaise with families, and ensure all care packages meet the needs of our clients. The successful candidate will play a vital part in the growth and outstanding reputation of our organisation within Epping and the surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure delivery of high-quality, safe, and responsive care services to clients in their own homes across Epping and nearby areas.
Lead, motivate, and manage a dedicated team of care staff.
Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, families, local authorities, and healthcare professionals.
Manage and participate in the on-call rota to support out-of-hours operations.
Conduct assessments, create care plans, and implement person-centred care practices.
Support recruitment, training, and ongoing development of care staff.
Drive business growth by enhancing the service’s positive presence in the local community.
Requirements:
CQC Registered Manager status (or eligibility to apply).
NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards).
Proven managerial or senior supervisory experience within domiciliary care, particularly with elderly and dementia clients.
Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding protocols, and best practice standards.
Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to participate in an on-call rota and respond to operational needs as required.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.
