About the Role: We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead our growing domiciliary care service in Burnley. This role is ideal for a passionate care professional eager to shape and develop services in the local community.
You’ll play a pivotal part in establishing Burnley as a key branch within our care organisation, working alongside our established Southport branch. The service currently focuses on elderly and dementia care, with plans to expand into complex care and supported living.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the safe, effective delivery of person-centred domiciliary care services.
  • Ensure full compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage, support, and develop a dedicated team, including Care Coordinators, Deputy Managers, and Care Workers.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, staff rotas, and performance management.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, families, local authorities, and healthcare professionals.
  • Drive the growth of the service into complex care and supported living provisions.
  • Participate in an on-call rota to support operational continuity.
  • Conduct client assessments, risk assessments, and care plan reviews.
Requirements:
  • Must hold or be working towards a Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, or Care Coordinator role within domiciliary care.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, and care compliance regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Experience in elderly and dementia care, with a strong commitment to quality care delivery.
  • Ambition to expand services into complex care and supported living.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.
