💼 Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality nursing care to residents in line with individual care plans
- Administering medications safely and accurately
- Monitoring, assessing, and recording residents’ conditions
- Liaising with GPs, families, and external health professionals
- Supporting and mentoring care staff to maintain best practices
- Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and company policies
🛠️ Skills & Requirements:
- Registered Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC pin
- Excellent clinical knowledge and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to quality care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Previous experience in a nursing home environment is desirable but not essential
